ANULA SHETTY & MICHAEL KUETEMEYER

Anula Shetty and Michael Kuetemeyer are award winning media artists and teachers of experimental and documentary media. They received their MFAs in Film & Media Arts from Temple University. They are recipients of a 2017 Pew Fellowship in the Arts and were previously nominated for a United States Artist Fellowship. Their films have been broadcast on PBS and screened at festivals and museums worldwide, including the Museum of Modern Art, the Flaherty Film Seminar & the Museum of Television and Radio, New York.

Anula and Michael are pioneers in the field of socially engaged immersive documentary and are committed to creating innovative, participatory media art projects with communities.

Commissions

We believe that Media Arts can be a powerful tool for transforming communities, perspectives and moving people to action. Since 2002, we have served arts organizations by creating videos to help tell their stories. Our clients include Asian Arts Initiative, Pennsylvania Arts and Education Partnership, Philadelphia Photo Arts Center and the Kimmel Center.
